At the heart of “Create a Garden” are three women with different yet highly complementary skills, perfect for designing sustainable gardens and school gardens. We also have a network of artisans, carpenters, and gardeners who work side by side on each sustainable garden design project.
Our Team
Lucía Michalun
Agricultural Engineer and founder of Create a Garden. The driving force behind the project, Lucía is responsible for selecting plants, designing planting plans, and ensuring the gardens and landscapes thrive.
Juliana Maruri
Designer and specialist in impactful educational and environmental projects. Juliana is the creator of the Huerta Maestra program and all the educational materials. She is certified by UNESCO in Social Innovation for Sustainable Development.
